Older adults have a wealth of experience to tap. Helping them capture and dramatize these experiences is more than inspiring -- it's fun. It's absolutely joyful to work with motivated students who have so much to say. Their familiarity with their setting and each other creates a collaborative bond that only nurtures a higher level of work. Empowering these students to tap their voice as playwrights, empowers me to be a better playwright.
