I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I work as a printmaker, painter and art

teacher. I began my studies in printing and painting at the School of Visual

Arts, the centre of many important Brazilian artists, in Rio de Janeiro in

1980. I received my bachelor degree in Art Education at the Bennett

University, Brazil, in 1988. My teaching experience includes universities,

public schools and private workshops. I have been an exhibiting artist and

printmaker for over 20 years. I have had numerous solo and group

exhibitions in Brazil, Spain, France, USA and Cuba. I am also a State of

Florida Department of Education certified Art Teacher.

I like to work with older adults because they are frequently open mind, willing to try new techniques and enjoy to work with other adults. My goal is to promote and explore hidden talents and wake up the creativity and help them to enjoy the process of making art and at the same time having  a lot of  fun.
