Majoros Selected to Join 2019 CAELI Class

Nathan Majoros, Deputy Director

Lifetime Arts’ Deputy Director, Nathan Majoros, has been selected to join the 2019 class of the Community Arts Education Leadership Institute (CAELI), a leadership program designed for individuals in the nonprofit arts education sector and run by the National Guild for Community Arts Education in collaboration with Partners in Performance, Inc. Nathan is one of 26 individuals representing arts organizations across the nation to participate in this year’s institute.

Members of this CAELI class will hone and advance their leadership skills and effectiveness through an eight-month sequential curriculum, including a five-day in-person seminar at Bryn Mawr College in Philadelphia, PA. During the program, the class will engage with top leadership trainers, nationally renowned practitioners and a diverse cohort of peers. The program is now in its tenth year, and the 2019 class will join an alumni network of 200 members, which will offer leaders peer mentorship and resources to continue their professional development long after the program is completed.

“This opportunity comes at the perfect time for me to reflect on my work, learn more about becoming an effective leader alongside my peers, and continue to explore the importance of the arts in all of our communities,” said Nathan.
