The Westchester Public/Private Partnership for Aging Services sponsors the Westchester County Senior Hall of Fame, celebrating outstanding older adults in this New York state county for their achievements and contributions to their communities and beyond. Since 1983 over 1,100 seniors have been inducted into this prestigious group at the awards luncheon that hosts over 500 people annually.

The honorees this year include our Executive Director and Co-Founder Ed Friedman! Ed is being recognized for his pivotal role in making Lifetime Arts one of the nationally recognized leaders in the field of Creative Aging, as well as his contributions to the theatre community in Westchester as a playwright and director.

The Westchester Public/Private Partnership for Aging Services develops resources to provide myriad services that help older adults age with independence and dignity in their home community. The Partnership is comprised of government, business, voluntary service agencies and consumers, recruiting corporations to contribute unrestricted funds, underwrite specific programs or donate in-kind services that expand needed services to the elderly.

This year’s awards luncheon will take place on December 7th at the Tarrytown Marriott.
