No one has to feel isolated during the current health crisis—or, indeed, anytime—if they participate in one of my Creative Aging workshops through Zoom. Your members can join in my workshops remotely, using a phone, tablet, laptop, any device!

No other equipment or experience is necessary to stimulate the mind, create joy, and engage in fascinating social fun.

What can you and your members expect from our Creative Aging workshops? We embark on an exciting journey using our five senses to find meaning, purpose, and relevance in life experiences--enhancing memory, reasoning, beauty, and language skills.

  • We use memory to draw comparisons and connections.
  • We use language to capture beauty, transcend loss, and talk about our feelings.
  • We use metaphors for a better and deeper understanding of this unique life stage—while also helping participants perceive their experiences more meaningfully and positively.
  • We stimulate our minds, receiving joy from creating, while encouraging  social interaction.

The result: By relieving some of the isolation in the COVID-19 environment, your organization remains relevant and socially valuable to your members.

My curriculum is successful in meeting the needs of older adults. I am also happy to make adjustments that meet the specific goals of your organization.
