Storytelling is how we communicate who we are and learn about our shared histories. “Into the Wild: A Memoir Class by Lifetime Arts” will bring together a small group of up to 12 adventurous writers and storytellers aged 55+ willing to explore and unearth poignant and meaningful memories and learn to transform them into stories with universal appeal.

During this 6-week online workshop, Robin Bady, the instructor, will provide a series of writing/storytelling prompts, ask participants to draft or develop stories, and provide supportive feedback along the way. The class will culminate in “Story Salon,” open to invited family and friends, where each participant will perform or read their memoir-inspired stories. (No prior writing nor storytelling experience is necessary.)
